BLN Retirees GOLF-LEAGUE RESULTS, INSTRUCTIONS, AND PAIRINGS

The final tournament of the BLNR Golf League was held at the Auburn Golf Course. The day started with an 8:00 am shot-gun start and ended with a hamburger, hotdog, baked beans, and salad buffet. There were 24 members participating in the tournament.
During the buffet, seven (7) rounds of golf for 2, donated by several of the courses played during the season, were raffled off.
Other donated items raffled included jackets, hats, and water jugs. Here are the tournament results.

RULES: USGA and modified local course card rules shall govern play.
SCORECARDS: Pick-up scorecard from BLNR starter(s). Exchange card with another player in your group who will be your scorer. The scorer determines gross and net scores, total putts, and special competition, and signs the card. Each player is responsible for signing and attesting final score results scored by another player. If card is not turned in, properly signed and attested or written legibly, the player will be disqualified from competition. This is mandatory. Scorecards reflect the players Division (1 or 2) and Handicap (if established).
TEE TIMES: This is a shotgun start so Players should check-in with starter 30-45 minutes prior to 8:00AM. This will help get the players out earlier and assist the Pro Shop scheduling.
TEES: All players will tee off from the Forward tee’s.
CLOSEST-TO THE HOLE (PAR 3′S) COMPETITION: Each green will have markers for Divisions 1 or 2 for players to record their scores. All holes are treated as a single shot. K.P.’s are Holes 4 & 14.
