How to Solve Opening Newsletter Issues (3 different solutions)
1. Save the Newsletter pdf file to your computer Open the Newsletter from the file you just saved on your computer. If this does not work, try solution 2 or 3.
2. Change your Adobe Reader settings. Open Your Adobe Reader, click on each “Edit”, “Preferences”, “Internet”, and under “Web Browser Options” uncheck the option “Display PDF in browser”, click OK, then exit Adobe Reader. Try again to open the Newsletter from the link in the Gold Card web site. If this does not work, try solution 1 or 3.
3. Use a different web browser. Instead of using Internet Explorer, try using Firefox. To download Firefox web browser click on this link: Firefox download.
